Risk controls before execution
Copying a provider's lot or contract size blindly can make the same signal dangerously different on two accounts. Signal Copier Pro can calculate position size from your risk budget and stop distance, subject to the settings and limits available on your plan.

A practical setup sequence
- Create an account and open the connect workflow.
- Link WhatsApp and pick the group or groups you want to follow.
- Connect your MetaTrader 5 terminal or crypto exchange and confirm the correct account.
- Enter risk, sizing and any account-specific restrictions.
- Test with a source you trust and check how each message is parsed in the logs.
- Enable live execution only after the observed behavior matches the rules you intended.
Keep the source, terminal and account configuration current. A broker symbol change, an expired session, a terminal outage or a provider format change can interrupt automation. Watching the execution log is part of operating any trade copier responsibly.
If a WhatsApp signal does not execute
- No message appears: check that WhatsApp is still linked and that the group is one you selected.
- A message appears but no order follows: inspect parsing errors, required fields and configured risk restrictions.
- The broker or exchange rejects the order: check the symbol, market session, permitted size, margin and minimum stop distance.
- An order opens at a different price: compare the signal time and order type with the fill. Market execution cannot guarantee the provider's stated price.
Keep the timestamp and a redacted copy of the message when contacting support. Never share account passwords or login codes.
