Learn how to set up and configure Signal Copier Pro.
Quick start guide
Signal Copier Pro copies trading signals into your own accounts — crypto on six exchanges, and forex on your prop-firm MT5 account. You can run either or both.
1️⃣ Create account
Sign up at /register. You get one exchange account and one channel on the free plan.
2️⃣ Connect where you trade
Add a crypto exchange with API keys, or a forex MT5 account — or both.
3️⃣ Add a signal source
Connect Discord or Telegram and pick the channels to listen on.
4️⃣ Set your risk
Balance and risk-per-trade are set on each account under Exchange Accounts.
Crypto exchange setup
Supported: Binance, Bybit, OKX, MEXC, Bitget and KuCoin — USDT-M futures and spot.
Creating API keys on Binance
- Log in to your Binance account
- Go to Profile → API Management
- Click "Create API"
- Enable Futures Trading permission (or Spot if you are adding a spot account)
- Do NOT enable Withdrawal — we never need it
- Add your server IP to the whitelist (optional but recommended)
- Copy the API Key and Secret into Settings → Crypto Exchanges
The other five exchanges follow the same shape: create a key with trading permission, no withdrawal, then paste it in. Testnet keys are supported on every tier — useful for a dry run before going live.
Position modes
- One-way mode: Single position per symbol. Simpler, recommended for beginners.
- Hedge mode: Can hold both long and short positions. More flexible, and available on every plan — including Free.
- Spot accounts have no position mode — the option is hidden for them.
Forex (MT5) setup
The forex add-on executes signals on your own MT5 account at a prop firm or broker — FTMO, FundedNext, FundingPips, or any firm you can log into with MT5.
- Open Forex Accounts and click Add account
- Enter your MT5 login, password and server exactly as the firm gave them (server names are case- and space-sensitive)
- Choose an execution mode:
- With Expert Advisor — fastest, and the firm must allow EAs
- Without EA — we drive the terminal directly, no EA install
- Route the channels you want that account to follow
The add-on is billed as a flat monthly fee with no profit-share on forex trades. Account and channel allowances depend on your add-on tier; the current numbers are on the pricing page and in Billing.
Discord
- Open Connect a signal source and choose Discord
- Provide your user token — the Chrome extension is the one-click way, or copy it from browser dev-tools
- Pick the channels you want to listen on
- Save — we read new messages exactly as you would
Telegram
- Get an API ID and API Hash from my.telegram.org
- Open Connect a signal source and choose Telegram
- Enter your phone number, then the login code Telegram sends you (and your 2FA password if you have one set)
- Pick the groups or channels to listen on
TradingView / webhook
Elite plans can post signals straight to our webhook endpoint — useful for TradingView alerts or your own strategy code. Plain text is parsed by the same AI pipeline as a Discord message, so no fixed format is required. Webhook signal volume is subject to a fair-use daily cap.
Trading settings
Balance and risk per trade
These are set on each account, not globally. Open Exchange Accounts, edit an account and set its balance and risk — exactly the way forex accounts work. Two accounts can therefore run completely different sizing from the same signal.
Risk per trade defaults to 10% of that account's balance.
risk amount = account balance × risk%
position size = risk amount ÷ |entry − stop loss| (in units of the asset)
If a signal carries no stop loss, sizing falls back to a straight percentage of the account balance.
Leverage
- Fixed leverage: Always use a specific leverage (e.g. 10×)
- Dynamic max: Use the maximum leverage the exchange allows for each pair
Skip trading days
Optionally skip specific weekdays to avoid low-liquidity periods. This rule applies to both crypto and forex.
Risk management
Stop loss
The AI extracts the stop loss from the signal. When a signal arrives without one, we derive a default so the position is never left unprotected — you can turn that off per account with "Auto stop-loss for signals missing one" if you would rather the trade be skipped than sized on a derived level.
Take-profit strategy
- Conservative: Close 100% at TP1
- Balanced: Close 50% at TP1, 50% at TP2
Break-even and trailing
Separate from the TP strategy: move the stop to break-even once TP1 is hit, and optionally trail it afterwards. Configure these under Auto-Risk Management.
Notifications
What you can be notified about
- Signals received and trades executed
- Trades closed (TP / SL hit)
- Errors, failed executions and account disconnects
- Subscription and billing events
Each is toggled independently for email and push under Notifications, and quiet hours can silence push overnight.
Weekly summary
An optional weekly digest with your P&L and win rate. Everything is also kept in the in-app notification inbox, and each trade notification links straight to the trade it refers to.
FAQ
What exchanges are supported?
Binance, Bybit, OKX, MEXC, Bitget and KuCoin — USDT-M futures and spot. Forex runs separately through MT5.
Can I use multiple accounts?
Yes. Add several exchange or MT5 accounts and route specific channels to specific accounts. Each account carries its own balance and risk settings, so one signal can be sized differently on each.
Is my API key safe?
Yes. Keys are strongly encrypted at rest, and we never request withdrawal permissions.
What signal formats work?
Our AI parser understands most formats. Standard signals with entry, SL and TP work best, but natural-language messages with emojis, tables or abbreviations are handled too. There is no template to match.
How is profit-share charged?
On profitable crypto trades only, at the rate for your plan. Losing trades cost nothing, and forex trades carry no profit-share at all — the add-on is a flat fee. The amount accrued so far is always visible in Billing.
Where do I see how my channels are performing?
Analytics breaks results down by channel, by account, and by both together. The Leaderboard ranks public channels on real executed trades.
