Yes. Keys are strongly encrypted at rest and only ever used with trade-only permissions — we cannot withdraw, transfer, or move funds. You revoke access from your exchange dashboard at any time.
What signal formats do you support? +
We parse varied text formats, including plain English, shorthand and tables. Ambiguous or unsupported messages may fail; check parsed fields and test your source before enabling live execution.
Does it work with Telegram too? +
Yes. Telegram and Discord are supported sources. Connection steps and channel access depend on the source and connection method you choose.
Can I use this with any Discord / Telegram group? +
Use only channels you are authorized to access and automate. Membership alone does not establish permission for every connection method. Check source permissions and platform rules before connecting.
Can I copy trading signals from a WhatsApp group? +
Yes. Connect WhatsApp, pick the group or groups you want, and their signals copy to your MT5 and crypto accounts. It is read-only — we only read the groups you select. WhatsApp copying is available on the Starter plan and higher.
Is WhatsApp signal copying private and safe? +
It is read-only — we never send messages — and we only read the group or groups you choose. Message content is encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect anytime by unlinking.
How does the profit-share work? +
On crypto only, the FREE plan pays a 30% profit share of profitable trade PnL (after fees); every paid plan keeps 100%. Losing trades never incur a profit-share. Forex is flat-fee, zero profit-share.
What happens if I exceed my limits? +
We pause new trades and notify you — existing positions remain managed. Upgrade and we resume automatically.
