1. Service Description
Signal Copier Pro ("the Service") is a software platform that enables automated copying of trading signals from Discord channels to cryptocurrency exchanges. The Service includes:

- Automated trade execution via exchange APIs
- Portfolio and risk management tools
- Monitoring and notification systems
2. Risk Disclosure
⚠️ Important: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results. You should:
- Only trade with funds you can afford to lose
- Understand that automated trading can result in rapid, significant losses
- Not rely solely on signal providers for trading decisions

3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- Safeguarding your exchange API keys
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your API keys have appropriate permissions (trading only, no withdrawals)
4. Subscription & Billing
Our service operates on a subscription basis with optional profit sharing:
- Free Tier: Limited features, no monthly fee
- Paid Tiers: Monthly subscription with enhanced features
- Profit Share: A percentage of profitable trades, billed monthly
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software
- Interfere with the proper working of the Service
- Share your account with others
- Use the Service to manipulate markets
6. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance and updates
- Exchange API issues
- Network or infrastructure problems
- Force majeure events
7. Limitation of Liability

8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content are owned by Signal Copier Pro. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading purposes only.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Outstanding profit share balances remain payable
- Your data may be retained as required by law
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
